If you want to get rid of excess fat, you have to do some lifestyle swaps. Ayurveda expert Dr. Diksha Bhavsara suggests some options to effectively reduce excess weight.



The problem of weight gain is increasing due to today’s lifestyle and busyness. Many people work hard to lose weight (Weight Loss Tips). They adopt new methods and keep experimenting in diet. However, it is often difficult to lose weight as it requires full focus and dedication. But, it is important to know that not only does a heavy workout or weight loss diet lose weight, but also adopting certain simple lifestyle is beneficial



If you want to lose weight, you need to do some lifestyle swaps. Ayurveda expert Dr. Diksha Bhavsara has recently suggested some options that reduce weight quickly and effectively and in particular maintain the reduced weight.

Dr. Diksha has mentioned another option of some things in her Instagram post which applies to everyone who wants to stay healthy.

1 -Sugar Craving: If you feel like swallowing frequently, control it this way, stay fit for a long time.

 

2, )Hot water instead of cold water

Warm water helps to ignite your digestive fire and keeps it at its best. Also, it improves metabolism.

3. 5,000-10,000 steps instead of no movement

Being active throughout the day (walking 5,000-10,000 steps) keeps your body active, resilient and maintains good blood circulation.

4. Eat fruits instead of fruit juices





When you consume fruit juices, you lose fiber and because it is liquid you drink more of it. When you chew fruits, their digestion starts from your mouth and the fiber stays intact so you eat it in moderation.

5. Eat in moderation instead of avoiding lunch

Never skip lunch as 10am to 2pm is the best time to have a moderate to heavy meal (as it is bile season and metabolism is best during that time

6. Eat early and light meals at night instead of heavy dinners

After sunset the metabolic process slows down so take dinner before 8 pm as well as have a light meal.

7. Getting enough sleep instead of neglecting sleep

Your liver is detoxified when you sleep so sleep deprivation delays your weight-loss. If you want to lose weight fast, go to bed before 10 pm.

8. Exercise instead of sedentary life

In addition to timely sleep, stress management and healthy food, exercise plays a vital role in weight loss. That means include yoga, walking, jogging, cycling, gym, weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), swimming, etc. in your life.
